After the starter credits, 99takes costs €58.31 to €474.81 a month, depending on the plan. If you only check now and then, you top up credits without a subscription. If we do the work, a study costs €990 at a fixed price. Plans and packs include VAT, the service is net.

Can I try 99takes for free?
Yes, with the starter credits: 350 credits once you sign up and confirm your email address, valid for 30 days, no payment details. Enough for one page build with 12 personas and one comparison. After that you book a plan or top up credits; no subscription starts on its own.
What is a credit?
The unit runs are billed in. How many a run needs depends on the number of personas and their jobs and on the length of the copy: comparing two versions with 12 personas, each also reading under the others’ jobs, costs about 73 credits, or about 19 as 1:1. 99takes names the price before every run.
What happens when my credits run out?
No new run starts. You top up with a pack or wait for the next month of your plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do credits expire?
Starter credits are valid for 30 days. Credits from a plan are valid until the end of the billing month and do not carry over. Packs you buy do not expire.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time to the end of the current month, via “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page or in your account, even without logging in. What you paid for the current month stays usable until it ends.
What does it cost if 99takes does the work?
A study costs €990 at a fixed price: buyer research, your audience with 10 to 14 personas, one page or campaign tested in up to three versions, a report with recommendations and a call about it. Afterwards the audience sits in your account. Ongoing work is available as a retainer from €1,500 a month. Both net; you can request them through the form.
Are the prices net or gross?
Plans and credit packs are shown gross, including 19% German VAT; the net price for businesses is shown next to them. If you order as a business from another EU country with a valid VAT ID, you pay net (reverse charge). Your account shows the final price before every order. The service (study and retainer) is for businesses and is shown net, plus VAT.
Do you work with our agency?
Yes. Your agency implements, we provide the research, your audience and the report. An agency can also use 99takes itself; that is what the Agency plan is for.
