Pricing questions
What is a credit?
The unit runs are billed in. How many a run needs depends mostly on the number of personas and their jobs: comparing two versions with 12 personas, each also reading under the others’ jobs, costs about 73 credits, or about 19 as 1:1. 99takes names the price before every run.
What happens when my credits run out?
No new run starts. You top up with a pack or wait for the next month of your plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Do credits expire?
Starter credits are valid for 30 days. Credits from a plan are valid until the end of the billing month and do not carry over. Packs you buy are valid for 12 months.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, monthly, in your account. What you paid for the current month stays usable until it ends.
Do you work with our agency?
Yes. Your agency implements, we provide research, personas and simulations. An agency can also use 99takes itself; that is what the Agency plan is for.
